Jörger Design, Valencia, mink matt, tap handles, gemstone, semi-precious stone, blue aventurine, exclusive, elegant, modern, luxurious, free standing, bathroom tap, single lever washbasin mixer, washbasin, Antonio Lupi, Nero Marquinia, black marble, mirro

Elegant, puristic, architectural, modern, luxurious: the Mannheim-based design company stages the premiere of its “Valencia” collection of taps in mink matt with blue aventurine in a design bathroom with high aesthetic standards. The tasteful design impresses with creativity, consistency and intransigence.

Style at its highest level – that’s the promise of every design draft by Jörger. However, the end of the year is obviously a time for raising the bar: the new “Valencia” bathroom inspiration in mink matt and blue aventurine features an exceptionally aesthetic and expressive look.

Modern elegance combines with purism and industrial style elements. The freestanding fittings for washbasins and bath tubs come into their own as design objects in the given open-spaced bathroom architecture. The blue aventurine beautifully adorns the tap handles and creates a luminous, luxurious accent with stunning effect.

Premiere for the “Valencia” jewellery design in mink matt with blue aventurine

The blue aventurine is one of six new gemstones that Jörger introduced as a luxurious design variant for the “Valencia” tap handles in autumn 2021.  This precious stone is characterised by its intense blue colour and its golden-coloured glitter and sparkle.

The new jewel of the “Valencia” collection rests framed in a body of fine metal with a strikingly designed knurl. The satin mink matt finish adds a particular lustre to the sparkling blue stone. In combination they form a very distinctive and captivatingly beautiful design option.

The innovative, galvanic “mink matt” surface by Jörger

The “mink” galvanic finish lends the fixtures and accessories an elegant anthracite appearance. The shade is reminiscent of the gently shimmering fur of the sable and looks very sophisticated. The matt finish visually enhances the warm note of the surface, which gives timelessly elegant fixtures such as “Valencia” that certain indefinable something. They simply look homely and quite stylish.

The inspiration for the “Valencia” fittings and accessories series by Jörger

The innovative and sophisticated interior design of modern luxury cars inspired Oliver Jörger in the design of the exclusive “Valencia” series. The tap handles with their smooth surface combined with the knurl in industrial design are essential elements of the “Valencia” look. The aesthetically pleasing spout appears elegant in a timeless way.

Aesthetic style combinations

Jörger’s new proposal for a bathroom design in a class of its own creatively combines different styles. Modern elegance and luxurious purism determine the overall impression. The room architecture, the shapes, colours and materials of the wall design and design objects, along with the consistent absence of clutter, all play a significant role in this. Connoisseurs see it at first glance: Italian design by Antonio Lupi, Vallone and Jörger unites most beautifully here.

Classic elegance and industrial style

The combination of classic elegance with industrial style elements is particularly striking, for example in the wall design: the high ceiling and the white matt walls with stucco decoration create an air of elegance. The plastered, dark blue walls in the shower area are rich in contrast and very modern.

But it is the combination with the black stone walls, standing out in large areas and fragments with their rock-like surface structure, which holds the element of surprise and awakens a different, almost emotional quality in the room: originality, elemental power and wild beauty.

Nature and Jörger Design

Nature and design is an important topic – not least for the designer and manufacturer of high-quality bathroom fittings, Oliver Jörger. It is no coincidence that most of the materials used for the new bathroom design and processed by means of modern, innovative technologies are of natural origin. This includes the ever-present natural stone, be it in the form of the aforementioned black stone walls, the white stones under the bathtub or in the form of the free-standing washbasin made of black Marquinia marble by Antonio Lupi. Let’s also not forget the blue aventurine, often referred to as blue quartz, and we have just four examples.
