The Mannheim-based design company sets another aesthetic highlight with the new, luxurious design of “Valencia” in platinum with violet amethyst. The graceful, subtly romantic jewellery combination beautifully complements the bright, almost petal-white dream of a bathroom.
Creating aesthetic perfection is a fine art. It is also the continuing goal, drive and motivation of Jörger Design. With their latest, minimalistically designed, consequently realised and exclusively equipped bathroom design, the creative team of and with Oliver Jörger once again proves that they have mastered this art to perfection.
Taking centre stage are the elegant “Valencia” fittings in the newly created jewellery design. In combination with the distinctive components of the “White Tulip” bathroom series by Duravit, they make for a look that is as striking as it is charming, and give the bathroom an air of attractive luxury.
The new jewellery design of “Valencia” – exclusive platinum meets violet amethyst
The violet aventurine is one of six gemstones that Jörger introduced as a new, luxurious design variant for the “Valencia” tap handles in autumn 2021. Amethyst is the most valuable type of quartz, and its classic violet version is considered a particularly precious gemstone variety. The natural stone fascinates with its irregular surface structure and its slightly varying colour that depends on the incidence of light.
Platinum is considered the “queen of precious metals”, is more precious than gold and has become indispensable in modern jewellery making. Platinum has long had its place in Jörger’s portfolio as an exclusive galvanic surface. The pure and noble sheen of the surface is silky and discreet, its silver-grey colour with a very slight reddish hue elegant and beautiful.
The combination of the strong violet amethyst with the precious platinum surface lends “Valencia” a new and unique appearance. Sophisticated, particularly luxurious and decorative. The inherently aesthetic shape of the fitting, which unites elegance with a modern twist, becomes even more significant and pure, gaining grace and lightness and appearing delicately charming in a romantic way.
This amazing effect emerges not least in the harmonious interaction with the attractively designed surroundings. By that we mean the overall simple yet exclusive bathroom as a total work of art.
Modern elegance and luxurious simplicity
Simplicity and luxury are not mutually exclusive. The art of simplicity is based on aesthetic sincerity and consistency, concentrating on the essentials, which includes consciously excluding things.
The luxurious impression rests on the unmistakable, expressive design and the high-quality materials of the objects and elements in the bathroom that have been carefully selected and combined to create a comprehensive design object.
