Refreshingly clear, high-quality design and a fresh breeze: Jörger presents its comfortable living bathroom with “Turn” in chrome, awakening oceanic feelings.
No other place in the world exerts as strong an attraction on people as the sea. Author Thomas Mann experienced the sea not as a landscape, but as eternity.
Well familiar with this kind of yearning, the ocean’s vastness, the green-blue of the sea, and the sound of the waves, Jörger built a house by the sea, putting the bathroom and its design at its core as a matter of course.
The trendy colour black – on its own and classically combined with pure white – Jörger’s “Turn” collection in chrome, and a modern yet sensuous wall design quoting colours and moods from the sea were cast in the leading roles. Like every good play, however, even the smallest supporting roles are relevant and perfectly cast here, of course.
ARCHITECTURAL CLARITY, GEOMETRICAL SHAPES, AND ELEGANT BLACK
The straight-lined bathroom design brings calm and visual relaxation. The interaction of right angles and precise contours visually structures the room, while merging inside and outside. The brightly lit bathroom offers a pleasant amount of freedom to move.
The trendy colour black is used well-dosed as a structural and design element accentuating the architectural order and bringing great elegance to the bathroom. The black wall elements and bathroom objects, such as the bidet and toilet, have a downright sophisticated effect. Classically combined with the pure, bright white of the bathtub and the light floor colour for contrast, they create a fresh and refined look.
THE TREND TO TRANSPARENCY
Transparency is the trend in the living area, as is also reflected in Jörger’s design proposal. The open and clear bathroom design creates a bright ambience of calm and structure. The comfortable, semi-open shower area finds its place harmoniously. Clear glass serves as splatter protection towards the room.
THE JÖRGER DESIGN BATHROOM WITH EQUIPMENT THAT LEAVES NOTHING TO BE DESIRED
Exquisite design characterises the generous bathroom in all areas, from the fittings to the bathroom objects and furnishings. The trendy equipment is of de-luxe quality, meeting all demands that can be posed to a modern comfort bathroom in every aspect from the tasteful, spacious washbasin area to the attractive, free-standing bathtub and the tub fitting ensemble, to the generous, floor-grade, and transparent shower area. Last but not least, a beautifully and functionally equipped bidet and toilet section is added.
THE “TURN” FITTING DESIGN – ARCHITECTURAL APPROACH AND STRICT GEOMETRY
The “Turn” design fitting is playing a main role in Jörger’s architectural bathroom design concept. Its body turns around its own axis by 90 degrees in an artfully wound shape that gives this fitting a unique dynamic and sculptural character. The spectacular Cayan Tower skyscraper in Dubai inspired Oliver Jörger to this award-winning design.
