Surface processing with its demanding and elaborate galvanic processing steps is one of the manufactory’s core competences. Galvanically produced surfaces have the great benefit of always having the same shade of colour, as well as a long service life.
Wide range of surface finishing options
The unique design characterises any Jörger product, but various surfaces and finishing options make it unique.
This is not only true to exclusive, luxurious surface finishing in gold, sunshine, polished nickel, or platinum but also to chrome, which is likely the best-known galvanically produced surface.
The diverse and innovative Jörger colour and surface range applies to all in-house fittings, shower heads, accessories, and additions. The range can be expanded upon customer request. Jörger is usually able to deliver all of its fittings and accessory series in any RAL colour.
Jörger will also finish products from other providers upon customer request
The customer is always king for Jörger. The design and manufactory will also finish products from other provides upon request, no matter if they are taps, showerheads, or accessories.
Jörger can finish accessories like angle valves and syphons as well as other components from third-party providers, such as push plates for flushing the toilet, in order to ensure a perfectly coordinated overall look in the bathroom.
The third-party products should ideally be made of brass. However, steel and plastic products can be coated in virtually any Jörger colour as well.
Special and bespoke productions using the example of a 2021 novelty in the range
Jörger offers special and bespoke production of accessories as well. In the standard programme, the fixed length oft he handle is 55 centimetres.
Jörger can do a lot to match individual customer queries. The manufactory will take care of customised production with a coordinated design, including finishing, even for other bathroom objects such as frames for open washbasins.
Unique, customised design objects become part of the Jörger range
It may be rare, but sometimes a design solution created upon customer wish or design request within the scope of a private project will subsequently become part of Jörger’s standard range. The most recent example for this is the new jewel from the “Valencia”-collection: a snow-white crystal that forms the counterpart to the black crystal as another highly decorative version of the “Valencia” fittings handles.
Trendy and customer-focused: additional free-standing accessories by default
Avoiding the necessity of drilling into high-quality tiles in the customers’ interest, Jörger keeps expanding its range of free-standing accessories. More and more of the in-house collections include glass and soap holders, lotion dispensers, and toilet brush sets as free-standing models to supplement the wall-mounted ones.
The listed accessories are available by default for “Belledor”, “Valencia” and “Delphi” as novelties in the range of 2021.
